I wish I had known Dr. Alcott years ago. So many years of agonizing pain in my legs, ankles and feet. Dr. Alcott has got me walking again. I never knew a lot of my problems were the veins in my legs.

Staff was very professional, efficient, thorough and personable. Office is nicely furnished. Dr. Arcot was a pleasure to talk to as he reviewed my medical history and test results. One thing I would suggest is that the staff not take the patient’s blood pressure while asking specific questions about the patient’s health history and placing electrodes for an EKG. I’ve never had high blood pressure but my blood pressure reading there was incredibly high. My systolic was 50 points higher/ diastolic 20 points higher than it was less than a month ago at a physician’s office. I mentioned this to the staff and Dr Arcot and they seemed to receive my comment well. So, I still give them 5 Stars!

When I first met Dr.Arcot I was a very active person of 62 .
Twelve years earlier while vacationing in Memphis with my family I had a heart attack that required bypass surgery. I recovered from that surgery and continued my active life until age 62 . I retired and moved to the Memphis area . I was having difficulties I couldn’t explain and came to Dr. Arcot , who quickly diagnosed my problem and explained that I had an enlarged heart that had a valve that was out of sync . I had at the time extreme heart congestion and I was in danger of heart failure at any moment.
I was shocked! My wife burst into tears. Dr. Arcot said in a calm reassuring voice,
“ Don’t worry, I can fix this . You will be fine . I will take care of you just like your my family.” He kept his word and repaired my heart allowing me to have my active life of going to the gym , lifting weights and swimming. He has continued to take excellent care of me .
I’m 68 and still strong.
His entire staff are always kind, professional and more than helpful. I have recommended Dr. Arcot to people needing a doctor they can trust and provides their visit with respect towards them and alleviates their fear , restores their hope.

Dr Arcot is wonderful he has taken care of my veins in my legs for over 10 yrs and I would go no where else. I drive over 2 hours to see him and his wonderful staff. It is amazing how good my legs feel after my procedures. HE IS THE BEST.

The staff at Memphis Vein Center was very courteous and friendly. Everything was explained before during and after each appointment and procedure. I had great communication with my nurse every time. All my calls were returned. I never thought my legs would be the same. Thanks to Dr.Arcot and his staff I see that nothing is impossible. Thanks guys!

Dr. Arcot and his staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. They strive to put patients at ease and every question is answered in plain language. My legs are doing great. No more pain or swelling - Yay!

Dr.Arcot was my doctor in my early teens and as you get older you know you have to move around with other doctors. But now that I have found him again I just feel at home and more at ease knowing I'll get the care that I need. I love doctors that have experience under there belts 60 year's in practice is the hands I want to be in.

The staff at Memphis Vein Center was very sweet, kind and pleasant from the time I entered until the time I left. I was nervous and uneasy about my procedure but they assured me that everything was going to be okay and made me feel comfortable and made me feel at ease. Dr. Kishore Acrot with his funny sense of humor was very knowledgeable and great with going over and explaining anything that I had questions about. The staff as a whole was great!

I had great experience with Memphis vein center for my left leg.I suffered with varicose vein pain for long time. Went to different doctors but did not get good relief for my leg. Doctor Arcot and his team were wonderful. I am so glad I came to see doctor Arcot . He is very friendly and knows how to fix my leg. I highly recommend them. Thank you Docter Arcot and his team. I liked the comprehensive assessment and Dr Arcot’s honesty. However, one comment at the end was a little off. If sclerotherapy for spider veins is done for cosmetic reasons, then that’s what it is, a cosmetic procedure, period. Telling patients they are done for vanity reasons is not a respectful way of putting it.
